Beach Retreat is a beautiful 4 bedroom House. Right beside the beach at Holywell Bay on the North Coast of Cornwall. Just a few minutes walk through private gates and you are on the beach.
Beach Retreat is furnished to a very high standard with 55" Sony smart TV and Sony DVD player. There is super fast broadband throughout the house.
The lounge , Dining Room, garden and two upstair double bedrooms have superb ocean views stretching over the dunes.
The garden is a generous size and fully enclosed. There is a good size patio area off the dining area with patio furniture.

Heaters are supplied in the lounge, landing and kitchen.
Bed linen and towels for all beds occupied is included. Beach towels are available at an additional cost. For Tiny Tots there is a Cot, Highchair and safety gates. There is parking for 2 cars.

Downstairs
Beach Retreat has a generous size Lounge/Dining area overlooking the garden with views stretching over the beach and out to sea. Lightly carpeted with 55" smart TV & DVD player. Lounge area sits 8 comfortably with 2 x 3 seat sofas and 2 additional easy chairs. Dining table seats 8.
Fully fitted kitchen with Cooker, fridgefreezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Entrance porch with coat hooks, shoe rack and a washer dryer.
Bedroom 1 off the lounge, has 2 x 3ft single beds, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. It aso has a ensuite washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs
Bedroom 2 has patio doors with balcony and breathtaking views over the dunes and over the ocean. 5ft double divan bed with en-suite shower, toilet, shaver point and washbasin. There is a 32” remote control TV with white built in wardrobe, best of drawers, bedside cabinets & chair.
Bedroom 3 also has a balcony with the same breathtaking views over the dunes and ocean. 4ft 6ins double pine bed, built in wardrobe, bedside tables and 20" TV.
Bedroom 4 has 2 x 3ft Divan Beds, built in wardobe and chest of drawers.
Main Bathroom has Bath, with shower over bath, toilet, wash basin and shaver light.
